Quincy is in Massachusetts, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Quincy is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Massachusetts's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Couldnβt have asked for better service! The guys here went above and beyond to accommodate me last minute on a Friday night and provided exceptional care very quickly. Super friendly and provided me with all range of options without trying to upsell me on anything. Coming back anytime I have another problem.

Chris was a tremendous help! I needed a rim inspected and four new tires, and he took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explain my options. He was friendly and professional, and he provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. I was very pleased with the pricing and even more impressed that the work was completed in about half the time originally quoted. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Chris and will gladly return for future service. Thank you for a great experience!

Came here to get my tire repair. Brian was friendly and helpful and got me right in at my appointment time. Not sure when they added them but the wait time and bay screens in the waiting area were a nice touch. You can see your car being work on and when it was finished. The estimated time was pretty spot on as well. I was in and out in 45 mins or so.

Deceptive Business Conduct I replaced 4 Michelin tires on my Lexus ES 350 Luxury and requested to keep the 2 undamaged ones (Picture 4). Instead, they skipped the alignment, I asked for the missing report and they asked me to wait after 4-5 cars, it was already 3:30 and I had work coming, so I must have my car released without the safety requirement performed (Picture 3: report dated 6 days after the tires were installed). They also damaged my sensors (Picture 1), and returned the unusable tires without a word (Picture 2 - the damaged tires, still attached to the broken rims, were returned) On Jan 16, I went back for them to fix their mistakes and inspect the returned tires and they confirmed the tires were unusable. The manager offered a customer satisfaction credit of $219, (picture 5) or to 'cut a check' verbally, emphasizing his handwritten note was 'equivalent to cash.' I regret not taking the check immediately. When I returned on Jan 31 to apply the credit toward an upgrade, the manager became hostile, blamed my car for the tire issues, unhappy with my previous price matching request, and denied ever offering a check (claiming he lacked the authority). He then enforced a
